The PURE System is an indoor farming system developed by Larry Hountz at City-Hydro using hydroponic methods on vertical racks, to grow microgreens in the purest way possible, allowing us to deliver them to you live and in perfect health! The PURE System utilizes nothing but PURE H20 to grow, hence the term "PURE".
The main difference is that it is the only system that delivers the microgreens live and uncut. They are grown in pure conditions that are kitchen-ready - no soil or chemicals, just pure live microgreens in water.
We use only food grade containers and equipment and 100% Natural unenhanced coconut coir pads.
Generally, about 1-2 weeks if uncut. Receiving them live and uncut improves quality & freshness, and greatly reduces food waste.
